Zbrush打开文件时弹出弹框

ZBrush打开文件时弹出Recover file（s) stored in the 'Recovered Files' directory and will be available to you when relaunch弹框，点击确定后软件就关了，怎么解决，本来文件还好好的能进行雕刻的，突然就这样了
